HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to enter, consumers must go online to www.schickfreeyourskin.co.nz and click on the women's icon and enter their personal details on the registration page to 'Sign Up and WIN with Schick'.

Ten entrants will be drawn at the end of the promotional period. Entrants will also be eligible to WIN One of Ten NZD$75 Mag Shop, given away at the end of the promotional period.

Entrants must answer all fields and submit their registration for their entry to be considered valid. No purchase requirement is necessary for this prize promotion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter, how to claim, prizes, discounts and offers form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents ONLY. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and claims and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry or claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Incomplete, or indecipherable entries and claims will be deemed invalid.
5. Multiple registrations are not permitted, only one registration on the Schick member 'Sign Up' page is required. Multiple registrations and entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Promotion commences at 9am AEST on 11/05/09 and closes at 5pm AEST on 30/09/09 ("promotional period"). Prize draw will take place at 3pm AEST at Level 2, 50 Yeo Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 Australia on 02/10/09.
7. The first ten valid prize winners drawn will win a NZD$75 Mag Shop Voucher to spend online at www.magshop.co.nz on magazine title(s) of the winners choice. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. Total prize valued at up to NZD$75.00. The ten prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Voucher is valid for 12 months from the start date of the promotion.
9. Total prize pool is valued at up to $750.00. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
10. Please allow up to 28 working days for the delivery of prizes from the end of the promotional period.
11. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
12. If any prize or offer is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or offer with a prize or offer to the equal value and/or specification. Subject to regulatory authority approval.
13. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 25/11/09 at 3pm in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. In the event of a winner/s in the unclaimed prize draw, they will be contacted by email and/or phone.
14. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
15. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source and by those entrants invalid.
16. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
17. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid instant win prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize or any offer.
19. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. To facilitate your participation, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to companies it has engaged to assist it in conducting the promotion. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address shown below.
