HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to enter, consumers must purchase any specially marked Schick Hydro for Men product from participating outlets during the promotional period, and go online to www.schick.com.au and follow the prompts to fill in their personal details and unique code during the promotional period for their chance to instantly WIN a pair of Quiksilver Boardshort valued at RRP$79.99 each.

2,000 Prize winners will win instantly throughout the promotion. (50 to win instantly each day for 40 days).

Entrants must retain a photocopy of their store receipt(s) and original on pack sticker for all entries as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request a photocopy of the store receipt(s) and original on pack sticker from the entrant to verify the validity of an entry and reserves the right to declare invalid any entry for which a photocopy of their store receipt(s) and original on pack sticker cannot be provided.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter, how to claim, prizes, discounts and offers form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Persons under 18 must seek permission to enter from a parent or guardian. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and claims and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry or claim process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Incomplete, or indecipherable entries and claims will be deemed invalid.
5. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements; (c) unrecognised store receipt(s) will be invalid; and (d) unrecognised unique code(s) will be invalid
6. Entrants must retain ALL their original on pack sticker(s) for ALL entries as proof of purchase. If for example you enter 10 times, and one of those entries is drawn as a winner, you will be required to provide receipts for all 10 entries. Failure to produce the required original unique code(s) and a photocopy of their receipt(s) for ALL entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize or offer. Entries are deemed accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission
7. Promotion commences at 09:00 AEDST on 16/01/2012 and closes at 17:00 AEST on 24/02/2012 (“promotional period”). Instant prize winners will be notified by phone or mail within 48 hours of winning. All prize winner’s name for prizes over $250 will be published in The Australian on 01/03/2012. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. There are two thousand (2,000) prizes to be instantly won in total. (50 to win each day). Instant Prizes are a pair of Quiksilver Boardshort valued at RRP$79.99 each. At time of entry consumer must select their size of boardshort, as well as their second choice of size (Size 32 x 600 available, Size 34 x 600 available, Size 36 x 500 available, Size 38 x 300 available). There are limited numbers of boardshort sizes available. If consumers do not get their choice, they will be awarded with another size that is available.
9. Total Prize pool is valued at RRP$159,980.
10. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. All elements subject to availability and subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason a winner does not want part of a prize, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
11. Prizes, including any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stipulated.
12. If any of the sizes listed in clause 8 are unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the size with another size to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
13. Please allow up to 28 working days for the delivery of prizes.
14. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
15. If any prize or offer is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or offer with a prize or offer to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
16. If any of the prizes are unclaimed, the Promoter may conduct a 'second chance draw' at Level, 2, 50 Yeo Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089 as necessary on 22/06/2012 at 15:00 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given by a regulatory authority. Second Chance Draw winners’ will be notified in writing and for prize winners over $250, names will be published in The Australian newspaper on 28/06/2012.
17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
18. If a situation arises whereby claims for prizes are received due to the possibilities of printing errors, structural faults or similar factors, in excess of those prizes specifies in the advertised prize structure, all existing claims for prizes and entitlements will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded at the conclusion of the promotion.
19. Any printing errors or other quality assurance matters outside the control of the individual player will not be used as the sole basis for refusal of awarding a prize.
20. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical, electronic means or manual means that allows an entrant to enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source and by those entrants invalid.
21. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the service provider used and location.
22. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize or any offer.
23. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. To facilitate your participation, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to companies it has engaged to assist it in conducting the promotion. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address shown below.
